POWER TO REMAIN OUT FOR MANY IN STATE FOR A COUPLE OF MORE DAYS

Many in the state are going to have to wait to get their power back for a few days. Gov. Chris Christie said on Monday that by Thursday, 95 percent of the state will have its power back based on the estimates he has received. The nor’easter storm on Saturday brought heavy rain, winds, and rain to the state and over 500,000 were without power. A majority of the outages took place in North Jersey. Crews are working around the clock on the restoration of power.
