120px-Seal_of_New_Jersey_svgLegislation to create an educational program for minors who are caught “sexting,” was passed through the Senate and will now head to Gov. Chris Christie’s desk. The purposed of the bill was to avoid juveniles being charged with child pornography on a first offense. The Assembly passed the measure in March. There is no word whether Christie will sign the bill into law, but will closely look at it.
