CHRISTIE RIPS ASSEMBLY OVER PROPERTY TAX LAW INACTION

gov_christieNew Jersey Governor Chris Christie held another town hall meeting on Tuesday and used the opportunity to rip the New Jersey Assembly for failing to vote on a measure that helps control property taxes.  Christie took the Assembly to task over a failure to vote to extend or amend a law that limits interest arbitration awards to two percent when contracts are negotiated by third parties.  Christie says special interest groups got in the way of good government.
